Can't see my appeal in my cases

Hi so recently I got my account back as it was hacked and the person who had my account got a permanent ban in apex so I want my apex account back I opened an appeal but I can't see it in my open cas...

    I didn't get an email for this one no but for the one I opened to get back my ea account I did
