cant unlink account

for some reason my xbox account is linked to some email listed as 13********@disabled.ea.com which is clearly some ea email account. I tried to go through ea help but never see an option to do a liv...

did that, there is no option from there that links to a live chat. If you follow the cant unlink account tree there is no option anywhere to do a live chat. Let me know which branch from any of the issues will start a live chat and I will just use that.

Hey, thanks for letting us know. Can you please try picking "EA account" as the product and "I want to update my EA account information" as the subject? That should give you the option to start a chat. Let me know if you have any further questions.
