CANT UNLINK EA ACCOUNT FROM XBOX

I recently recovered my EA account and tried to link it to my Xbox / Microsoft account. I received this message. I am just unable to do anything about this... I have contacted Microsoft and they have told me its something EA have to deal with as they cant unlink accounts from my Xbox account which I also find crazy.  I have been on the EA help page for an hour and have no 0 success. Possibly the worst customer support I have every seen. Just no options to speak to a real person and they never reply to the contact forms I submit.

    Hi there. You'll need to get an advisor to help with this. Please go to this page and scroll to the bottom. You can use the "Contact us" button to open a case. Thanks!

    I must have done this 5 times, when I submit, it doesn't create a case on my profile, I get 0 notifications to my email telling me its been submitted and I hear nothing back...

    Are you using a mobile device? If so, try switching your browser to use the desktop version or try on a PC. Also, make sure you're using a Chrome browser.
