Can't unlink my steam account

I'm trying to unlink my Steam account from my EA account. When I indicate that I understand and want to continue and press "Unlink," nothing happens. Despite repeated attempts, my accounts are still linked, which I don't want. What should I do?

    Now in Battlefield 6 I've run into this problem, I press unlink button and nothing happens, the site just refreshes.
