Hi there. I removed the images from your message as they contained personal details that can be used to hack accounts. Please do not ever post your private details on public spaces online.
As far as this issue goes, you'll need to contact an advisor again. Try creating a case without being logged in. You should get the option for chat. Cases can be opened here.
Hi, thanks for your reply — but I need to clarify something very important.
I have already contacted Steam Support. They explicitly told me that only EA can unlink an EA account from a Steam account, as the linking system is fully controlled by EA. Steam has no access or ability to manage third-party account links.
This is not a Steam-side issue. This is entirely on EA’s side.
According to EA’s own official help article:
“If your Steam account is linked to the wrong EA Account, you’ll need to contact us so we can help you unlink it.”

Right now, I’m being told to go in circles — EA tells me to contact Steam, Steam tells me to contact EA. Meanwhile, I’m completely locked out of the games I legally purchased, because someone else linked their EA account to my Steam during a hack — at a time when I wasn’t even using PC, I was playing exclusively on PlayStation 5.
Please don’t redirect me again. I’m asking EA Support to take responsibility, review the case properly, and unlink the unauthorized account from my Steam so I can use my own EA account.
Thanks.

Advisors can unlink accounts for you as long as you can verify account ownership. We cannot help with account related issues over the forums. You will need to contact an advisor again as I mentioned previously.

Thanks for your response, but I need to be absolutely clear about what’s happening.
I’ve already spoken to five different EA advisors, and not a single one has been able to help. Here's what I’ve experienced across all chats:
Most of them don’t understand basic English properly, which leads to miscommunication and repeated errors.
They don’t seem to understand how EA Support is supposed to work, nor do they follow EA’s own internal policies.
They keep giving me false information, such as saying “EA cannot help” or that I should “contact Steam.”Let me say it loud and clear — this is completely false.
EA’s own official article says the following: “If your Steam account is linked to the wrong EA Account, you’ll need to contact us so we can help you unlink it.” Source: https://help.ea.com/en/help/account/linking-your-ea-account-to-platforms/
Steam cannot unlink EA accounts. They have confirmed this to me directly. This entire issue must be handled by EA, and yet your advisors seem unaware of this.
Every time I contact support, I clearly explain what I need, provide screenshots, full chat history, Steam profile, and proof of ownership. And what happens? I waste 20 minutes being asked the same exact questions every other agent already asked. Then they stall and give the same useless line: “Please contact Steam.” I’m telling them, very clearly: “All I need is to verify ownership of my Steam account so you can unlink the EA account that was attached during a hack.” That’s it. I’m not asking for anything complicated. And instead of solving the issue, they repeat the same script and refuse to take responsibility for a system EA controls. Please escalate this. This is unacceptable. I'm a paying customer being denied access to my own games because of EA's internal chaos and misinformation. Enough is enough.

There would be a specific reason if they are sending you to Steam support. If that's what they keep telling you, it's best to contact them. Unfortunately, we can't help with anything account related over the EA Forums.
