Case status

Can anyone explain to me why everytime i go to check on my open case with EA. Next to the status it always says "new" and changes the date and time. I've opened this case two days ago and fear that everytime i go to check in on it, its getting pushed farther and farther down the line because the status always says new. Any input is appreciated.

  • I also like how viewing case details doesn't show all the comments you've made or even the original complaint. Just have to hope that EA's system is actually saving all of that information internally.
