I’ve been banned for a week and I didn’t do ANYTHING WRONG. This is frustrating and makes me NEVER wanna buy anything else from EA. It makes NO SENSE. I’ve put in a request to be unbanned and it’s been A WEEK. I don’t spend money on games to NOT BE ABLE TO PLAY

Just to check, when you look at your ban dispute under "My cases", what does it say exactly? Just be careful that you don't resume/continue your case, as that'll pull it out of the queue and it'll take longer for our terms of service team to get back to you.
I have been banned since Jan 8. I never play online to “violate rules”. Idk how i couldve gotten banned. EA still hasnt replied to my appeal.
