Change email error

I have been trying to change my email but get the message my email is invalid or i have recently changed my email which i havent and when i try to submit a case while logged in the option to to start a case never loads. When i log out to start case the option loads but the case never actually submits i get no case number or email.

    Hey there, 

    I'm sorry to hear that you can't contact EA Help. If you're having trouble submitting a case, you can try using your browser in Incognito mode and while logged out, then fill in the details and see if you get the chat option. The chat would be the best option to get this sorted as quickly as possible. If you're not getting the option to start a chat, please try using "EA account" as the product and "I want to update my EA account information" as the subject, which usually gives the option to chat.
