I just want to change my email but it won’t let me because I need a verification code and for some reason it doesn’t send to my current email. How am I supposed to change said email another way?? Ea support refuses to respond to me for some reason

Unfortunately we can't help with account issues on our forums. You'll need to reach out to our live support team; they'll be able to take a look into this for you. But what issues are you having with them exactly? Have you tried reaching out via a live chat?
I have tried everything. Ea support does not want to reach back out to me. I’ve even sent emails, numbers, I gave them everything they need but clearly a long term paying costumer and fan doesn’t mean anything to EA
Community ManagerIf you're reaching out with this account, and this is the one that you need to update, then it's likely that the emails are being sent back to your inaccessible email. I'd recommend either starting a live chat, or reaching out via an incognito tab without logging in. That way you should be able to get emails routed to an address you can access.
