"Chat with us" no response after 3 cases sent. Can't change email address

I want to change my email address but when I try to change it I get a message saying "We can't complete your request. Your email address may not be valid or you may have recently updated it". I have...

    It seems that you're following the correct steps. However, if you're not seeing any chat window pop-up, please double-check if you have any ad/pop-up blocker in your browser and try to temporarily disable it. 

    If that doesn't work, please try while using your browser in Incognito mode.

Thank you, I was able to chat with customer service by turning off temporarily window pop-up in my browser and in windows settings and was able to change my email address too.
