Child cant access ultimate team

Community ManagerHi there. The minimum age for accessing multiplayer modes is typically 13. More information on that can be found here. Click on the + sign under the heading for "When can a child play without a child account?".
Is there a way round this. He is able to play online on other games so why is this different? How do i give him access to it as an allowed game?

Unfortunately, as long as he's using a child account, there is no way around this as it is needed to be compliant with COPPA.
