Battlefield 6 (Phantom Edition), but my EA

On December 2, 2025, I upgraded from the free version of Battlefield REDSEC (Restricted Conflict) on the Steam platform to the full version of Battlefield 6 (Phantom Edition), but my EA account still only shows the free Battlefield REDSEC license, resulting in the multiplayer mode of Battlefield 6 being locked. Please assist in updating my license to the full version of Battlefield 6. Thank you.

    Hello HappyJustFine​, if you got the game from a specific launcher, like Steam, but are playing it on the EA app, you should reinstall the game on the launcher where you own the full game.

    On Steam, it's also important to check the installed DLCs to make sure you have the full multiplayer installed.
    To find those, go to the game in your library list -> right-click -> properties -> DLC.
