I am currently having the exact same problem, but the EA chat feature is no help to this issue, and the TOS team doesn't take any time to actually investigate these types of problems because it is much easier for them to just deny the appeal. It is hurting their customers and putting them at risk for further information and identity theft, and I wish they took that more seriously.
Community ManagerOur TOS team will review all account info av3ryll25 so if they are denying an appeal then it means that they have found evidence to support the ban.

The ban is valid, I have no doubt about that. The problem is that the ban belongs to the account that compromised my EA account, not me. I totally believe that whoever hacked my account was banned for good reason, but I am now being punished for their crimes because of a security breach. I have never had a ban issued to me because I have never broken the rules. I don’t need someone to revole the ban necessarily, I just need someone to unlink the banned steam account from my EA account. However, since EA will not unlink this steam account from my EA account, I no longer can play the games I have purchased and my privacy is still at risk.
