Clearly offensive FUT club name (“[REMOVED]”) reported & not caught by AI

Question

Hi; I’ve been trying for hours to contact EA after I reported an offensive EA fc 25 club name that was not deemed offensive by AI because it was disguised as other words. The team name in question is “knot see army” which any non-AI human with common sense can connect to “[REMOVED]” which is highly offensive and needs to be addressed.&nbsp;
No forum phone number or website allows me to re-report this to be reviewed by eyeballs instead of megabytes - so I’m posting it here in the hope that someone knows who or how to contact the proper individuals so the self-proclaimed [Edit - EA_Barry] can get banned as I think we all agree he should. I am able to provide the PSN username for confirmation to any EA representative who is able to help. Previously opened report number is 203448780.Thank you in advance for any help provided

Yes - I did that and it didn’t get caught because the AI they use doesn’t recognize the words “knot see” as [Edit - EA_Barry]&nbsp;
&nbsp;
so therefore I’m here trying to find an alternative solution. Do you actually know of a solution to this problem because as mentioned in the post - reporting in-game didn’t work.
