Complaint form
Hi I was sent this link by one of your E A chat helpers to file a complaint, I was in a chat log with someone else who was a bit rude and wasn’t following the conversation, I would ask a question and some replies would be “yes exactly” which made no sense on what I was asking. They would also constantly sent “I am unable to break EA guidelines lines” when I would ask a question, I kept trying to confirm to them I wasn’t asking to break any guidelines lines just trying to get educated and a better understanding of the claim I filed. I had mention I didn’t understand there answer of “yes exactly” and tried asking another question which I was abruptly hung up on. I was able to connect to a new chatter who I then started over with what my initial question was and they were able to help me instantly and answer my questions. They had also discredited everything the previous chatter stated and said that they didn’t understand why the previous chatter came to that conclusion. GARIMA S was the chatter that was rude, ignored my questions, and didn’t follow along in the conversation, this made it extremely difficult and irritating, as well as unprofessional on the Chat Team that they allow people to do such things. I have left some screenshots of the chat for proof in the complaint for but now realizing the link I was sent for a complaint form is just a discussion post. Can anyone help me find where to file this complaint?

The only way to make a complaint is by speaking with our live support team and if your complaint meets the criteria they will escalate it.
