Purchasing issues

So i bought ea fc 26 a few days ago but it wasn't compatible with my laptop. I jus got a pc as a gift so i played fc yesterday on it but today whn i went and checked in my library games it was removed so i closed the open case on my refund but it still hasnt been added back and whn i click on the details it says payment has not been made but in the bank it shows that ea took the money so wht do i do ive already submitted a forum about this problem.

    Could you share a bit more? For example, which library did it disappear from? Are you playing on the EA app, Steam, Epic Games, or another client?
