Compromised EA accounts

Hi Two of my EA accounts have been compromised. Someone changed my password email address and phone number. I've used both accounts and spent plenty of money on them and would love to get my account back but yall make that incredibly hard. I've gone through the "link" on what to do if you're compromised which helps nothing once you've already been hacked. I've tried to use the live chat option but its just a AI that asks me what game am i playing and on what. Once i say PC all it does is send me back to that stupid link on how to "secure your account". I've also found the link to make tickets but i haven't heard anything back yet or receive any emails for confirmation. I also made an extra account just to make the tickets and have them under "my cases" but nothing seriously pops up. I seriously need help or an update SOMETHING please.

    Sorry to see that you are having issues wehatejonny​ and for not seeing this sooner.

    Did you manage to get your issue sorted?

    If not, then please make sure that you take a look at the help article for when an account  is hacked

    I know you have already looked at it but no harm going through it again and also ensuring that your email accounts are not compromised, as if this is the case then it is easy for a hacker to get into your account again.

    All the info that you need to get back into your account is there and if you have issues, then you can open a case with our live support team.

    If you are having issues with the bot routing you to support, then please make sure that you are as clear and concise as you can be. It's there to get you to the best support for your issue.

    I know it's not what you want to hear but we on the forums are limited in what we can do for issues like this. We are not able to review your account with you or share any info around it.

    If not getting emails from the team in reply or even confirmation of open cases then please ensure that your email settings are not blocking or restricting them. It can happen from time to time that your email is routing some emails to spam or junk for example.
