I have tried to get my EA account linked to my steam account for 2 weeks now. Every time I try it says I am already connected to an account. I have emailed support and explained the issues but they never respond back. Then I get a new person the next day and have to start over again. Has anyone else had this issue? This pops up and it says it is connected to my account so I'm not sure what the issue is.

Seeing as the message implies the Steam Account is already connected to an EA account, it may be worth trying different login methods to make sure you're using the right EA account. A 'ghost' account is at times created when you log in using a different method (e.g., sign in with password instead of signing in with Google). There's a chance that your Steam account is linked to that other account.
