Ea support won't answer emails and no support options on there resume case

How the hell do you actually get to talk to an advisor these days for over a month I've been doing there crud report a problem and you get two emails that say this isn't monitored and it sends you in fn circles EA you really need to fix this issue I don't believe you want to help I provided all the information you asked for I would never treat any customer like this I bet if you had a complaint box it would be full like your pockets lumpybad is really really annoyed at you fix your fng chat service and game I paid for so I can have my content

  • Yep.  Their support is a complete mess.  I've had an issue posted to this message board for several days and no one has responded or acknowledged it.  This is after emailing and chatting with about 5 different people, all of which really had no idea how to help me.  

  • No they dont care once they have your money they are done with you selling thousands of people games that dont work it terrible ea is nothing but a scam

    I've been getting an email every day with a new person explaining my issues connecting my account to steam and they never reply. Instead I get a new email and have to re-explain the issue. Every day for two week now. I'm so over this.
