When I fill out this "Contact EA Help" form, the submit button doesn't work when I'm ready to submit it. I don't know what I'm doing wrong, but if anyone here knows, I would appreciate being enlightened. Thanks in advance!
They have a problem with customer support. They don't need the client. The stock is in the red. That's why nothing works.
I managed to get past the Submit button somehow. I imagine its from exiting the horrible ai help tab i was trying to get help from.
Afterwards The EA Helper told me he cant fix the issue and I should contact EA Help, i thought he meant a different EA support place or method, so i asked him how to reach them, he avoided the question and said if its all he will end the convo. I asked for a link atleast, he stated that all was already answered and ended the convo while representing himself as EA Help.
So essentially, the EA help told me to go and contact EA Help without any help.
You can't make this s**t up...

When you reached out to support, were you able to chat with a live agent, or did you only interact with the chatbot?
