This doesn't work, people in this thread including me submit help cases with EA but then the cases doesn't show up in the "My Cases" tab on the website. No confirmation email or anything either. As far as we can tell there is nobody that is working on this issue and we still cannot play any EA games.

Community ManagerWhat is happening when you click on the "Contact us" button at the bottom of this page? You should be able to open a case there.
it takes you to the same useless page that get you no where.

Your accounts can’t be linked because your PlayStation™Network account ******* already linked to your EA Account for 2a*****@disabled.ea.com. An EA Account can only be linked to one PlayStation™Network account in its lifetime.
I have been trying to find help since 2 pm yesterday.... and no live chat gives you 404 error

Try submitting a case by using the option for email instead of chat.
The case and advisors just resolve it without actually talking to anyone. They just say fix solved. And send the link to FAQ. We actually need someone to respond to us
