Can't play BF6 with my son on PC and PS5 because it logs one of us out

I purchased BF6 on my PC and then on our PS5, but when we try and play together my son's BF6 game gets logged off when I log on to the PC.

How do we fix this? I unlinked the PSN Account from the EA account already and it still doesn't work. 

Not sure what else I can do?! Any advice?

    Hey CryptoBart13​ know how important it is to be able to play with family.

    Are both accounts liked to different EA accounts atm?

    When one of you is logged out is there an error message of any kind?

    The more info we can get the better.
