So i need to contact EA beacuse of a linking issue i have on my EA account. My EA account was linked to 2 playstation accounts that doesnt exist anymore, i logged in and unlinked those accounts bu...
it takes you to the same useless page that get you no where.
Your accounts can’t be linked because your PlayStation™Network account ******* already linked to your EA Account for 2a*****@disabled.ea.com. An EA Account can only be linked to one PlayStation™Network account in its lifetime.
I have been trying to find help since 2 pm yesterday.... and no live chat gives you 404 error
Try submitting a case by using the option for email instead of chat.
The case and advisors just resolve it without actually talking to anyone. They just say fix solved. And send the link to FAQ. We actually need someone to respond to us
Did they close the case due to not responding? If so, open another and make sure you don't miss their response. Also, if you submit a case and resume it before getting a response, that will pull the case from the queue so it won't be there for an advisor to respond to. Make sure you don't resume a case and just wait for the advisor to respond instead.
I never responded because they responded to me at 3:05am in the morning randomly and closed the case after 4 mins. Doesn’t help me much if that’s the case.
the cases that get submitted disappear, there is no email notification and they do not show up in the “my cases” tab. There is no way to see if the issue is even being noticed by EA. There needs to be an option for people to unlink dead emails from EA accounts. People paid money for these products and because of this issue we can’t even play them. It’s robbery
We can't just allow anyone to remove the email of any account. That would be a huge security hole and let anyone hijack an account.
What topic are you selecting for the issue when filling out the form?
There is no possibility to communicate via email. Is it possible to write directly to the support email?
