Try submitting a case by using the option for email instead of chat.
The case and advisors just resolve it without actually talking to anyone. They just say fix solved. And send the link to FAQ. We actually need someone to respond to us
Did they close the case due to not responding? If so, open another and make sure you don't miss their response. Also, if you submit a case and resume it before getting a response, that will pull the case from the queue so it won't be there for an advisor to respond to. Make sure you don't resume a case and just wait for the advisor to respond instead.
I never responded because they responded to me at 3:05am in the morning randomly and closed the case after 4 mins. Doesn’t help me much if that’s the case.
I know the wait times have been very long recently. Hopefully, those are getting better after the weekend. The best I can advise is to try again.
The problem is the wait time is ridiculous; how do you expect me to wait 337 minutes for an agent? I'm supposed to wait 5.6 hours in my PC? For a simple issue that should take support 5min to do?? The chat is broken, the timer never goes down just up, then at 5 am ET they say "Player Unavailable we couldn't get a hold of you"... 4 days trying to solve this issue. And the only time I got a response which was a miracle, the agent said they would have to transfer me and nothing happened. Notice others are saying the same thing, it's not our fault your chat is broken, and the agents reply in the middle of the night.
They usually reply 3 days after you put the request in, in the middle of the night with zero chance your watching your stuff
