CONTINUE ON RECOGNIZED DEVICE



I wanted to reset my password, but it keeps redirecting me to the message below. I opened the game from the console, but nothing changed. I wanted to contact EA support, but there was no live support. I believe I only sent my issue via email. How can I overcome this problem?

    Hey ertan84​ did you get this fixed?

    If not, don't worry it's generally as simple enough fix. Is it possible to reset your password for your EA account on your phone?

    Can do by hitting the forgot password option on the login page and then checking your email.

    Are you seeing this on all devices you try to reset the password on ertan84​?

    Do you not receive an email with instructions on how to reset?
