So I've been trying to get access to my EA account to link it to my Steam so I can play on that instead of the EA app. I have all my usernames and passwords, but for some reason, it always asks for a 2-step verification to my email, which I still have access to. I can't find the email anywhere. I have read all the articles its not in my spam or junk, I haven't blocked the account its just not there.
Anyone got ideas?
Community ManagerHi, sorry to hear you’re stuck at the verification email step. Could you try going to Settings > Junk Mail in your email account and adding EA@e.ea.com as a safe sender? Please let me know whether that helps. Thanks.
I have done this and it only shows verification codes I have received from last year. The account isn't blocked, and I haven't changed the email at all.
