Created two cases for support, zero answer, cases closed?

Is EA support just ignoring me?  I created two cases regarding the same issue, both times they are CLOSED without receiving ANY kind of answer.  Is there simply no way to get a help?

    Hey Apple-Stump​ have you checked your email folders to ensure that any response from our support was not filtered.

    You can hit resume to update the case and let the team know you are still having issues.
