    We can't help you with this from the forums. For any account changes, including account deletion requests, you'd need to reach out to the support team directly. Check out this EA Help article beforehand; How can I close my EA Account?

    It'll share how to request an account deletion, what deleting it involved, how it impacts connected accounts like consoles, emails, etc. I'd recommend reading through it to be sure the account deletion suits what you're looking for.

    Hi Coltrek,

    As I shared, we can't process deletion requests on the forum. You need the support team's help with this, so you must contact them directly.

    You mentioned you're having issues reaching them with your request. Could you please share what's happening when you try to contact them. Are you getting an error message for example?

    There is no way of contacting support. No contact form, no email address, nothing.

    You'd almost think EA is trying to retain data without consent.

    Hi Anarchic-Teapot​, 

    At the end of each EA Help guide, you'll find an option to contact our support team. 

    • Open an EA Help guide. Let's use this one: How to delete an EA Account
    • Scroll to the bottom of the page
    • Click on the 'Contact Us' button to start your support request. It will look like this;
    • Login or Continue as Guest: The next step will ask you to log in to your EA account. If you can't log in, you'll also see the option to continue as a guest.
    • Fill Out Your Info: Enter your details, select from the available topic options, and give a description of the issue. If the topics available don't match your issue, that's ok. The context you add to the description field will help clear things up.
    • Submit Your Ticket: After filling out the form, hit “Submit Ticket.” 
    • Choose Your Contact Option: Pick from the available contact options, and our support team will be ready to help.

     

    Please follow these steps to contact our support team.
