Delete account

I want to delete my account. I've followed the advice on the help page but the chatbot malfunctions.

    This contact form is the one  I mentioned at the end of my final post. After filling everything out and hitting submit, nothing happens. I don't get a confirmation, or anything.  All that I can see happening via inspect element is the button getting an added element 'user-style: none'. That's it.

    Attached is a video showcasing nothing happening, aswell as the occurences in insepct element.

     

    UPDATE: After trying various browsers I found one that was able to submit the request. I have managed to contact an advisor.

    Stonskin​,

    could you try filling out this contact form and creating a case that way? I'd recommend choosing the topic "Delete my EA account" and then just a random game that you own, as the form needs that. You should be given the option to contact Support through chat that way and they should be able to help you.

    Yes that is the article that I am talking about. I avoided linking it in the original post as whenever I did, my post was taken down. The image attached shows the error I encouter with the chatbot. After clicking 'yes', the error shows again. When clicking 'no', I am able to type in my own prompt, however, no matter what I type results in the same error.

    Furthermore I've tried filling out a customer care form, however the submit button did not do anything apparently.
