If you no longer have access to the email address registered to the EA account, you'll want to reach out to our support team directly so they can help update those account details.
The steps on this page would typically help you update that information, but since you no longer have access to the email itself it'd be best to just scroll to the bottom for the Contact us option, or use this page as an alternative. You don't need access to the account to open a case, but an advisor will need to verify a few account details and should be able to work with you to get things updated from there.
