    Hello bobslime​,

    please contact EA Support, so they can help you recover your EA account and change the e-mail to a new one. We can't help with account issues like these here in the forum.

Hi EA_Pythia​ I'm unsure where to go to find the correct support i need. I have followed "Manage Account > Email" and ended up on a verify email page. Are you able to help me?

Hi bobslime,

The steps should be: select the "EA Account" tile -> "See all help topics" -> "I want to update my EA email". 

There should be a chat option beneath the articles that load. When I tried just now, it showed a 3 minute wait.
