Deleting EA Account

So I'm trying to Delete my EA account, but the tickets I try to submit won't go through. In addition the article for deleting an account is useless as it doesn't say how to "contact an advisor" in order to delete said account. Why can't I simply click a button to "delete account" and be done with it? All I wish to do is to delete my account, yet the process is more complicated than it EVER needed to be. Any help is appreciated in resolving this.
