deleting or unlinking a disabled account

My PS5 is linked to a disabled account. I created a new account and tried to link it to my PS5, but I am unable to do so. I have no idea what the email was or what the login information is for the disabled account. How do I delete it or unlink it from my PS5? I have spent at least an hour now fumbling through the EA help menu. I hit contact us and tried to create a ticket, but it won't submit either. This customer service is not very user-friendly and is quite aggravating. Please, can a person reach out to me to help me? I am not able to play and save any data on EA games, and I am getting to the point where I am considering canceling my Battlefield 6 preorder and just giving up on playing any other EA game ever again.

    Hi there! I'm really sorry to hear you're having trouble with your EA account and reaching EA Help. Just so you know, the EA Forums team isn’t able to make changes to accounts directly, so the best way to get this sorted is by contacting EA Help again.
