Account linked to disabled email
I can’t link my PlayStation account to my EA Account because it’s already linked to a disabled email. Tried to open a case through support to unlink it and waited a few days and checked and there was no case opened on my account. Opened a new support case and checked and it says I have no cases opened. Looked and there’s no way to call, email, or chat with a live employee. I just spent seventy dollars on college football and can’t even play online or offline because I need to link my account. How do I fix this issue?

Once that's done, you'll see the available contact options. If you choose "Update EA account" as your topic when filling out the form, the chat option should appear. I hope this helps.
