Disabled.ea.com

I haven't played an ea game in a while and wanted to play the new battle feild but when I tried to get on, was unable to because it said I didn't have a linked ea account. So I got on ea and tried to link my account and I was given a message that it was link to an email from disabled.ea.com. I have been trying to get a hold of customer support for the last 3 days now and still can get a hold of anyone to help.

    You may be able to update the email on your side:

    This means your EA account has expired and has been disabled, usually because of inactivity. To fix it, find the right email you used for that EA account and reset your password. Once you do, your email will replace the @disabled.ea.com one, and you’ll get access again. - Source: [GUIDE] EA Account Help: Disabled Account

    Unfortunately that didn't work. I have tried to contact ea support but it will not let me open a new case.
