Re: Madden 26 Superstar mode Broken

All right so every time I open Madden 26 to play on my PS5 I open the game and every time I try to open superstar mode it gives me an error and I can’t fix it at all

Superstar mode isn't working for me i keep getting error 264

I did the unlink and relink method did not work. 

It has been a year now. I haven’t been able to play a game I paid 60$ for. I don’t play ultimate team or online. I buy this game to have fun in superstar mode. It has been completely inaccessible for a year. I have deleted and reinstalled I have cleared cache I have unlinked and re linked my ea account. College football 26 works fine but I want to play the game I paid for. I’m sick of these forums being marked as completed and no real answers are given. That’s happened twice to me now. With the multiple updates my hopes were it would eventually get fixed but this is sad. 

I want my game fixed error 264 on superstar. Either fix it or give back our money

I was wondering if there is any update on when the EA server connectivity issue affecting Superstar Mode on PS5 might be resolved. All other game modes are working well for me, but Superstar Mode is the one I enjoy playing the most.

I would really appreciate any progress or support on fixing this issue. Thank you very much for your time and assistance.

Workaround for Superstar Mode Bug (PS5 – Controller Switch Fix)

I found a workaround for the Superstar mode bug where it doesn’t load properly (or throws you into the wrong mode). This worked for me on PS5:

Steps:

1. Log into the account that has the Superstar bug.
2. Turn on a second controller and log into a different account (one where Superstar works normally).
3. Using the second account (working one), go into Superstar mode.
4. Create/load a player to make sure it’s working.
5. Back out of Superstar mode.
6. Switch control back to your main account (the bugged one).
7. Enter Superstar mode again.

Result:
Superstar mode should now work on your main account, and your progress/data should still be there.

Notes:

• This isn’t a perfect fix—some things (like relationships / sphere of influence) may still glitch.
• But it at least lets you actually play Superstar on your main account again.
