Dear EA Support Team, I recently purchased The Sims 4 DLC: Life and Death, but I was charged twice for the same item. It appears that a duplicate payment was made for a single game purchase. If you're seeing duplicate charges for a purchase, you may be able to check this page to see if that's a completely separate transaction. If that's appearing separately, you should be able to start the refund process using those steps as well.
