Yes!!! I thought it was only me and now I'm looking online and everywhere I look this EA app has been a nightmare and the EA customer support does not care at all. First you talk to a new person every 5 minutes after replies and they say the same thing asking to provide an invoice # after I told them I've purchased the sims 4 over several years with an old email and I have the saved games and everything from 2022 even and they won't except that. I had to go back into my old email search through to find the receipts they send through Origin purchases sent them 27 screenshot of each pack, how much it was at the time, invluding the email it was sent to in each Pic, and each order #. They've emailed me again this morning, I'm sorry but we need the invoice #...
What the actual F. This is beyond ridiculous trying to have customers repay for content that was purchased over several years. If this does not get fixed I'm done with EA for good like so many other gamers. I'm sorry it's happening to you I hope you get some solution!! 🙏

That sounds like a "KYC" (Know Your Customer) security question so that EA Help can confirm account ownership before making any amendments to the account. Unfortunately, if you're unable to pass the verification by providing the information they're requesting, they won't be able to edit the account since this is a security requirement.
