Banned for no reason, Support not helpful
Hello,
i am writing here as i have been banned for no apparent reason.
I have not cheated nor used any exploits or did any chargebacks on bought content.
I started the game on a fresh account around 2 weeks ago after having a long break of about 3-4 years.
I bought the hyperdrive bundle from the ingame store via google play, the transaction completed and money was booked off of my paypal account.
Shortly after i have received an email that i was banned. I lost access to the webstore, i can still play on my phone.
I tried contacting EA support, but they dont provide any reason for the ban and only give me copy pasted answers that its correct.
My ally code is: 868-416-323
I am writing this post from a different account as my banned account can`t make forum posts either.

Hi Draqs14,
I'm sorry to say that the only people who can remove a ban are EA's Terms of Service team. It's not something that can be done through a forum.
In this case, all I can suggest is trying to appeal again.

However, I should mention that appeals are limited, so you may eventually be told that no further appeals will be accepted.
