Banned for no reason, Support not helpful

Hello,

i am writing here as i have been banned for no apparent reason.
I have not cheated nor used any exploits or did any chargebacks on bought content.

I started the game on a fresh account around 2 weeks ago after having a long break of about 3-4 years.
I bought the hyperdrive bundle from the ingame store via google play, the transaction completed and money was booked off of my paypal account.
Shortly after i have received an email that i was banned. I lost access to the webstore, i can still play on my phone.

I tried contacting EA support, but they dont provide any reason for the ban and only give me copy pasted answers that its correct.

My ally code is: 868-416-323

I am writing this post from a different account as my banned account can`t make forum posts either.

  • I can't help you in anyway what so ever.  However, I (and maybe those that need to know) am unclear on how you've been banned.

    So, you haven't been banned from SWGOH per se or google play?  However, you've received a ban from EA due to the transaction completed by PAYPAL?   This means that your EA account (for here example) is banned?

    Exactly, my EA Account has been banned. I am still able to play the game, but i am not able to access the webstore.
    I am unsure what caused the ban as everything has been booked correctly and EA doesnt provide a reason for this ban.

  • If you can play on  your phone, try the help option through the in-game menu option and talk to them that way.  See if they have anything to offer.

    That sadly just takes me to the EA support page where i have opened a case already but it keeps on getting dismissed without any explanation.

    Still thank you for your help.

    I have received another email from EA.

    They declined my appeal again, still without providing any reason or help. Just the same copy pasted answer as all the time.

    I will put it at the bottom but it is in german.

     

    Nach gründlicher Untersuchung deines Kontos und deines Anliegens haben wir festgestellt, dass die Maßnahme bezüglich deines Kontos berechtigterweise vorgenommen wurde. Die Sanktion bleibt deshalb bestehen.

    I opened a case with them through that page, still same generic copy paste reply.

    I will try in the generic EA forum, thanks for the advice.
