EA account.

Ive been trying for weeks if not months to sort my issue out hey, i keep getting reset my email account password but it is not even linked to my xbox account, its the complete wrong email address i made when i was like 14, ive tried updating my email account to my current but it wont allow me.. 

Is there somewhere i can contact EA live chat or something to get this resolved? im trying to play skate, apex legends, battlefield... but i cant even get past the screen it says theyve sent me a reset password to my old asf account... 

Someone please help me, im loosing my mind :(((((
