EA account banned - PSN account linked to disabled email
Hello everyone,
I’m hoping someone from EA or the community can help me with an issue I have not been able to resolve through EA Help chat.
I was told my EA account that is linked to my PlayStation Network account (PSN: GuyZilberman) is banned for "coin selling." I was never notified about this ban and I have not received any email explaining the reason or which game is involved.
The only EA games I play are single-player titles that do not have coin economies - so the "coin selling" reason makes no sense. I strongly believe my EA account may have been compromised and used for unauthorized activity.
To make things worse, my PSN is now locked to an EA account that shows an email ending with @disabled.ea.com, which I cannot access. When I try to link again, I get this message:
Your accounts can’t be linked because your PlayStation Network account GuyZilberman is already linked to your EA Account for 6c*****@disabled.ea.com. An EA Account can only be linked to one PlayStation Network account in its lifetime.
I provided my legitimate emails, however none of these are the disabled email currently linked, which makes me think the email on the EA account was changed without my knowledge.
I asked support to escalate to the Terms of Service (TOS) team or a manager so I can verify my identity and appeal, but I was told they could not help or transfer me. I just need someone who can review my case and help unlink my PSN from the disabled EA account so I can secure my access.
What I am asking for:
- Guidance to unlink my PSN from the disabled EA account and link it to my real email.
- Confirmation of the specific game associated with the alleged coin selling so I can prove it was not me.
I’m happy to provide verification to prove ownership. I just want to secure my account and regain access.
Thanks,
Guy
