Voice chat issue in EA SPORTS FC 26 and FC 25

Hello  

I am facing an issue with voice chat when playing with my friends in a group.

The problem is that I cannot hear them, and they cannot hear me either during group chat.

I have already tried many solutions, including:

• Uninstalling EA SPORTS FC 26 from Steam and from my PC completely, then reinstalling it again
• Testing EA SPORTS FC 25 as well, and I still have the exact same issue
• Formatting my PC and reinstalling everything from scratch
• Searching online for a solution, but I could not find anything that fixed the problem

At this point, the issue still remains, and I would really appreciate your help in resolving it.

Please check whether there is any issue related to my EA account, voice chat settings, or any restriction affecting communication.
