EA account compromised and no option to contact a support agent

Question

My EA account was hacked recently. I still have control over the original email used for the creation of the account however the hacker changed the email and password of the EA account. Tbis account is also still linked to my steam account wich I also have full control over. When i follow the EA support steps to get my account back there is literally no option to contact any support agent. This has been going on for days. When the same thing happened to my steam account it took less than 3 hours for me to get it back.

Can you try using&nbsp;this web form to see if you're able to connect with an advisor, if you haven't already tried? After submitting the form, you should be redirected to a self-service page that'll include the option to chat with an advisor.&nbsp;
Once you've recovered the account, please be sure to go through as many of&nbsp;these security steps as possible to help ensure everything is back under your control. It'd be worth running through the recommended security steps for your email address and all platform accounts linked to the affected account as well.&nbsp;
