ea account email change?

I have had my ea account for over 10 years under my moms work email. unfortunately she was recently let go and no longer has access to that email. The email is mailto:[edit: email address removed]  ....

Sorry for the trouble you're having getting back into this account. If you no longer have access to the registered email address, you'll want to reach out to our support team directly so they can help update those account details.

If you create a new case here and select Game Support > EA Account > I want to update my EA Account information or I need help logging in to my EA Account, you should be able to get in touch with the support team so they can take a look.
