EA Account is missing/deleted

Hello, I am unsure as to when this issue occurred but for several days I have attempted to log into my ea account but it asks me to reset my password. As soon as I input my email to change my password it says my account does not exist and I've redownloaded my ea app and restarting my computer just in case it was on my end. I was wondering if anyone knew a way to go about this, I am not very computer savvy. Side note, I am pretty sure it was deleted, despite not knowing how that happened, as I tried creating a new account using my original email and it was available. Any help is appreciated, my old account had all my sims 4 expansion packs otherwise I wouldn't really care. :,(

Hey orangedei,

If your old EA account was deleted, then you should have been able to restore it by resetting the password. If it said that there was no account, then you might just be using the wrong email address. We can't really help with account issues here on the forums, but if you reach out to our live support team, they can take a look for your missing account with you.

Sorry for necro, but in my case, I was trying to change my email address because I no longer had access to the email I had used to create my EA account. I tried to talk to an EA agent twice to get my email changed to my account. The third time I asked, EA had deleted my account. I didn't get any advance warning about this because the old email domain no longer exists. When I asked why my account was deleted, the live agent said that they don't give reasons for deleted accounts and thanks for your understanding. My friend had the same thing happen, so I don't have high hopes for getting these deleted accounts back.
