Ea account link
I don’t have access to an old ea account because my email I used is deactivated, that is connected to my PlayStation account. This is making it so I can’t play any games because I can’t unlink my old ea account and connect to my new account and the customer service from ea is horrible so I can’t talk to anyone about updating my information.

Account related issues can only be handled by EA support, if you are able to prove that the account is yours, the EA support team will assist you with the linking/unlinking process.
