EA account recovery

I was advised to make a post here my email is no longer accessible, I've tried the support channels probably ten times and I come to the same conclusion unable to verify identity. My account was made in 2007 I've moved house and changed my phone since then I've provided IP address old address and transaction details. I can log into my account using PlayStation but as far as that I can't change my email or access my information. What can I do now the support channels won't connect me to anyone higher im seriously lost any help would be appreciated thanks.

    Thank you for your quick reply. After 13 cases they have taken the ability to chat to them away I've been through it all and for what ever reason I still don't get my account back please provide me with a complaints procedure or get some type of manager to contact me im over 12 hours into this problem and no solutions surely this is a escalation.

    Complaints can be filed with an advisor. You'll need to open another case for that.

    This seems to be common problem and absolutely mind-blowing that it is this difficult for customers to retrieve their account to play your games. I have submitted a few cases but unfortunately don't have the patience of the folks who submitted several. 

    How the "F" are you going to launch a big game coming up like Battlefield 6 when no chat support is available, people can't self-help their log-in challenges? 

    If I don't get a reply to this, I'm done playing EA games for life... and it's a shame because I love the Battlefield series.

    Hello. Support should be able to recover your account as long as you can pass ownership verification. What exactly is happening?

    As you can see I'm replying on the account it was a complete nightmare I had to contact a isp from years ago and get emails rerouted to get this account back. It was clearly mine but unless I ticked so many boxes not a chance. Agree with the above statement EA should invest heavily in their support network.

    How exactly did you go about doing that? I have been so patient and gmail is no help at all either when it comes to account recovery. I have sunk so much money into this.

  • same issue. keep getting rejected from recovering account and they just keep saying some information provided are not correct

     

    how the f am I supposed to remember every little deetail I've originally done? aint proof of linked accounts with partner (epic game store) and my current ability to still login to the accounts through said partners enough?

     

     

     

    attached is one of the attempts to recover the account: and I strongly suspect it is just AI replying to me, while insisting that it is not ai when I ask for actual human operator -- i send messages in English and Get replies in Chinese and the respondent seem to not care about the language spoken.

    the account contains quite a few purchases of mine -- battlefield 4, battlefield hardline, battlefield 1, battlefield 5, titanfall 2, etc.

     

    oh and maybe also starwars battlefront + squadron -- these two are obtained through epic game store

    I can't recover the original registration email though, as the email company (126 netease) doesn't offer email recovery for email accounts that were de-registered due to long periods of inactivity, unlike yahoo or google which does provide this service

    the account likely wasn't attached to any payment card (or any ones that are still valid at this moment); though I'm not certain about that; most of the games are purchased through keys or similar methods.

    Last login date is uncertain. it might have been just yesterday or the day before that -- 2025/03/07-08; if the opening of the starwars battle front from epic game store, and the following opening of ea games app to launch the game count as a login -- that process doesn't need manual login for ea app likely due to the accounts being linked

    likely not; but if so might be [edit: email address removed] or [edit: email address removed], or some other email account that I've lost access to.

    1. never paid for ea play/pro; may have been gifted this for purchase of games or other promotional event though, but i likely haven't even realized when those happened.

    additional information: if that isn't registered on your side, I'm not sure the exact date I've last logged into ea account, but likely either the latest date was 2023 summer or before that.
