    Hello. I'm very sorry to say, we're not able to help with account related issues over the EA Forums. An advisor will need to ask questions about the account history in order to recover access. You can try opening another case by following the instructions here.

same issue. keep getting rejected from recovering account and they just keep saying some information provided are not correct

 

how the f am I supposed to remember every little deetail I've originally done? aint proof of linked accounts with partner (epic game store) and my current ability to still login to the accounts through said partners enough?

 

 

 

attached is one of the attempts to recover the account: and I strongly suspect it is just AI replying to me, while insisting that it is not ai when I ask for actual human operator -- i send messages in English and Get replies in Chinese and the respondent seem to not care about the language spoken.
