It’s normally i play on my Xbox, but the other day i tried to log in to play battlefield 6 which I haven’t touched since end of season 1 and it showed up suspended , I check the penalty it said I was banned, i didn’t use any game enhancement, I tried to appeal the penalty but it won’t let me, says case not created.

I only play on my Xbox, and since season 1 I haven’t touched the game, and I want try season to near April and it said I was suspended on Xbox, I went on website to check reason, it said I was using in game enhancement, may I ask how the f do I cheat on a console. I tried to contact support numerous times, with so many ticket number says an advisor will contact you soon init been a months and over and I still had no one, when I try the live bot it just goes into a loop and direct me to the wrong page. Can’t even appeal my case cause case can’t not be created. What can I do at this point, I just want to enjoy some game.

Hi there, I had a look, and it doesn’t seem that any case has been created yet. If one is created successfully, you would normally receive an email with the case number, and you should also be able to see it on your My Cases page.

If you’re getting the error ‘APPEAL NOT SUBMITTED’ after clicking Appeal in the Penalty History tool, please try using the webform instead.

If you’re trying to contact support, please make sure you answer the chatbot questions accurately and confirm the correct issue type. If that process is followed correctly, you should then be shown some relevant self-help articles, along with a Chat with us option.

If that still doesn’t work, please try creating the case as a guest instead.

Hello i have tried to be as accurate as possible, even with as a guest no cases has been created for me it’s very frustrating.

Sorry to hear that. Have you had a chance to try a different browser, clear your cookies/cache, or test in an incognito window?

Hello yes, i tried Microsoft one safari, google chrome, Firefox, normal or incognito and deleted all cookies nothing so far.

Im on the same boat as you this company is beyond frustrating.
