Account falsely banned. Live Chat is extremely rude.

Dear EA Team,
I’ve been trying to look for help for the past 3 months now and still no luck. My Apex account has been Hijacked and got banned for Gameplay Enhancement which I was most definitely not using. 3 days ago, I got the message that  My username has been changed. Turned off 2 step verification.Password changed. I managed to secure my account. So I tried to appeal for the Ban with 100% proof that I was hacked, I always get the same message that my appeal has been declined. I feel like not a real Human being is looking into my Situation. So I had to Chat with an Agent to help me out, because the Email Us option is missing. This was his response. See Attachments. Why am I being treated like this? I really didn’t deserve to be treated like this. I’ve spent over 3k hours playtime and $10k plus on Apex Legends and still get punished for supporting the game. The sad part about this entire Situation is that I mainly play on Console because I thought I wouldn’t run into Cheaters on Console. The real Cheaters on Console are still not banned. So I am asking kindly to look  into my problem.

    Sorry to hear that you didn't have an ideal interaction with live support. It's definitely frustrating to have an account you spent time, effort, and money on actioned for reasons you disagree with. 

    I want to preface by saying that only the Terms of Service team can support appeals, so unfortunately, neither we here on the forums nor live support have the tools or records to look into your ban. You'll need to continue following these steps to create an appeal so our Terms of Service team, a team of humans who manually review each appeal, can take another look.

    When the team finds evidence that supports the ban, you may receive an appeal-declined message. In that case, feel free to directly include the evidence you mentioned and more that you're able to find and appeal again. Again, we're unable to make any changes or discuss details of your account here on the forums, so please keep an eye on your case history page once that appeal is created, and the ToS team will reach out via email once that review is complete.

    Regarding the unauthorized account changes, please be sure to go through as many of these security steps as possible if you haven't already. Thanks!
